Terms of Service

Effective date: March 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Innocent Gallery ("Service"), operated by Innocent Factory Inc. ("Company"). By completing membership registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 — Definitions

The following terms are used in these Terms:

  1. "Service" means the model photo viewing service "Innocent Gallery" operated by the Company.
  2. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and completed the membership registration process.
  3. "Content" means all photos, images, and other data provided through the Service.

Article 2 — Age Restriction

This Service is available to individuals aged 18 or older only. Any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering or using the Service. If a minor is found to have registered, the Company may delete the account without prior notice.

Article 3 — Membership Registration

To register as a member, you must agree to these Terms and apply through the designated method. Membership is granted upon the Company's approval.

Registration may be declined in the following cases:

  1. The applicant is under 18 years of age.
  2. The applicant has previously had their membership revoked for a violation of these Terms.
  3. The registration information contains false or inaccurate details.
  4. The Company otherwise determines the application to be inappropriate.

Article 4 — Monthly Fee & Payment

The monthly subscription fee is ¥980 (tax included).

Payment is made by credit card only (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) via Stripe. Membership auto-renews monthly, and the next month's fee is automatically charged on the renewal date.

Article 5 — Cancellation & Refunds

Members may cancel their subscription at any time from My Page. Upon cancellation, access to the Service will end on the next renewal date. The Service remains accessible until that date even after cancellation.

No pro-rata refunds are provided. As a general rule, no refunds will be issued for fees already charged, regardless of the reason.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property

Copyright in all Content belongs to Innocent Factory Inc.; portrait rights belong to the respective models. Membership grants only the right to view Content within the Service and does not transfer or license any intellectual property rights.

Members may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or otherwise make secondary use of any Content for any purpose. Violations may result in legal action by the Company and/or the respective models.

Article 7 — Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in the following:

  1. Reproducing Content via screenshot, screen recording, printing, or other means.
  2. Posting or sharing Content on social media, blogs, forums, or other platforms.
  3. Sharing, lending, or transferring your account to a third party.
  4. Automatically collecting Content using download tools, crawlers, or similar methods.
  5. Using Content for any commercial purpose.
  6. Using Content for machine learning or AI training, generation, processing, or analysis (this constitutes an infringement of copyright and portrait rights).
  7. Acts that damage the reputation or credibility of the Company, models, or other members.
  8. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service.
  9. Any act that violates laws or public order and morals.
  10. Any other act the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 8 — Revocation of Membership

The Company may revoke a member's status without prior notice in the following circumstances. No refund of fees already paid will be made upon revocation.

  1. Violation of these Terms.
  2. Discovery that registration information was false.
  3. Failure to complete payment.
  4. Discovery that the member is under 18 years of age.
  5. Any other circumstance the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 9 — Service Changes, Suspension & Termination

The Company may change, add, or remove content within the Service without prior notice. The Service may also be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, technical failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

If the Company terminates the Service, members will be notified with reasonable advance notice.

Article 10 — Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company. The Company does not warrant the content, quality, accuracy, or completeness of the Service.

Article 11 — Personal Information

The Company will manage members' personal information appropriately and use it for the provision, operation, and improvement of the Service. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 12 — Amendments to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to members. Amended Terms take effect from the time they are published on the Service. Continued use of the Service after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 13 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
